How an agent payment reaches your customer's bank account.

Setup happens once, and every payment after that follows the same path.

  1. The agent asks your platform for the service and your platform returns a price.
  2. The agent pays USDC to a sub-account at Circle.
  3. Your platform unlocks the service in the same flow as the payment.
  4. Circle facilitates payouts to your customer's bank account in local currency.

After step 3, Circle lets your platform know the payment was received. It is not a numbered step, and your platform does not wait for it to unlock the service.

Fiat Payouts are executed through participating beneficiary financial institutions (BFIs) on Circle Payments Network (CPN). Circle submits the payment to CPN, and the applicable BFI delivers local fiat to the recipient’s bank account. Circle does not itself deliver local fiat to the Customer or claim to be licensed to deliver fiat in the jurisdiction where the recipient is located. Availability, settlement timing, and completion depend on the applicable BFI, corridor, and local payment rails. Additional Customer information may be requested, and payouts may be delayed, returned, or rejected.
